Between the Norwegian Alliance, OSLO and Puli Christion Hospital, Taiwan.
The Norwegian Mission Alliance, afterwards called NMA-N, represented by its Secretary general, Mr. Nils-Tore Andersen, and Puli Christian Hospital, afterwards Called PuCH, represented by its president, Dr. Chun-Hsiung Pan, hereby sign the Following agreement of cooperation.

and Japan Overseas Christian Medical Cooperatⅳe Serⅵce(JOCS)
Japan Overseas Christian Medical Cooperative Service(JOCS) will start to make a Christian partnership with Puli Christian Hospital(PCH), in sending Ms.Kiyoko
Okawa, a public health nurse, to work at PCH for its post-quake rehabilitation activities from February, 2000. The cooperation shall be on equal basis, respecting each other's constitution, mission and objectives.

Pu-Li Christian Hospital, Taiwan
Yodogawa Christian Hospital and Pu-Li Christian Hospital both sharing the same commitment to Jesus Christ and desiring to glorify through service and evangelism, have agreed to become sister hospitals. Both hospitals emphasize the wholeness of human beings and their need for total care directed toward physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering. In order to establish a substantive relationship between the two hospitals and to assist them in providing high quality care to their patients, they agree to carry out exchange program to provide advanced training for pastoral and professional personnel.
